The problem it solves
Most leadership tools ask managers how they think their week went — an answer filtered through memory and ego. LeaderQuant measures what was actually said and done, moment by moment. It replaces self-report with evidence.
How it works
Managers record their 1:1s in-app. AI scores six leadership mechanics across more than 50 metrics, and every insight traces back to an exact moment in the conversation. An AI coach prepares managers before each meeting and practices adjustments through role-play.
